- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Vicky was kind to me and listened to my needs but ultimately could not help. The real culprit for the horrible experience was ALFA Vision insurance. The premium was $100 higher than my current provider (progressive) and upon cancellation they charged me $260. $150 was for the 12 days remaining in the month that I cancelled (although I had another insurance provider activated). Another $100 was pulled out of thin air; they claim it was for a period of insurance that was upgraded that I didnt have to pay for, but when I cancelled, it became an issue again. Overall, with all other negative reviews on the web, ALFA Vision is a horrible insurance provider. And Arkansas First Choice Insurance is the agent through which this policy was purchased.By Dylan McAlister, March 07, 2017
