- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They move so slow. They have 5 Windows but only one or 2 people calling numbers. They are very understaffed. Be prepared to be there a long time. Don't go during lunch hours because they will have you sit an hour while everyone goes to lunch. Very understaffed. I hate that place.By ashley cook, December 16, 2016
- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I've never personally had a problem here, but I always plan ahead. However, I have seen the workers and the people needing assistance be hateful to one another. It makes for an uncomfortable setting. I think the workers should be taught to handle rude people more efficiently, and I believe that those going in for assistance need to plan ahead so that there is no conflict.By Jayme Du Bois, October 27, 2016
