    Waited for 30 minutes in drive thru. Only one car ahead of me, no one else in line and they had 2 people working. Going to the bank for a business and only have a certain amount of time to wait for change. Ridiculous.

    Bank treats customers unfairly and through policy seemingly discriminates against the less wealthy. It also relies on a predatory overdraft protection program to make money off of the less fortunate.
